My Personal Horoscope is a publication-on-demand and custom publishing operation whereby each publication is printed for the person(s) entered on the order form. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality print renditions that current printing technology is capable of producing in this specialty print-on-demand industry.
Currently, due to COVID-19, hard-copy books are not available.
Our return policy applies to the following occurrences:
1. Damage and/or Production flaw of the publication.
In case the publication is damaged in transit or has a demonstrable flaw in the reproduction or binding quality, we will replace it free of charge.
2. Chart Calculation Error by Publisher for the Personalized publications.
Publisher replaces any title requiring chart calculation that has a verifiable error by our calculation platform and thereby a reading in the text that does not apply to the person it has been ordered for. Publisher replaces with a complete new corrected publication at our cost including shipping.
3. Order Entry Correction by Customer after Order Submission of any of the personalized publications.
In case your order received by the publisher needs correction after submission such as in the Shipping Address, Time of Birth, Location of Birth, Date of Birth and Year of Birth, Publisher replaces with a corrected copy at half price plus shipping.
4. Incorrect Shipping address
In case of an incorrect shipping address by the customer, Publisher will charge shipping for any re-usable returns or will charge full amount plus shipping if complete replacement copy is required.
5. The discrepancy between expected and delivered content
We are committed to describing the content of our publications truthfully for what it promises to and not to deliver in our promotion efforts and website pages. Our product offers do not come with a full refund examination policy. In case the customer finds a sincere discrepancy between anticipated and actual delivery of the content, we will send a refund check or issue a charge-back after receipt of the customer's complaint. The refund amount does not include the initial shipping charge.

My Personal Horoscope, the publisher of its custom books-on-demand and PDF's-on-demand, takes your security very seriously and has the following measures in place to protect your information.
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and PayPal
We use PayPal as our Payment Processor, which applies the highest standards of securely protecting payment information. We also apply to our site SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when a customer enters personal information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. When our order form on our website asks you for a card number for payment or for verification purposes, this information is immediately sent securely to PayPal. We don't see your card number nor store it and have no access to any card details. The personal information other than the payment you provide will be stored securely on our servers. Once you choose to enter your credit card number on our site, it will not be displayed back to you in its entirety. Instead of the entire number, you will only see asterisks and the last four digits of your number.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and European Union regulations to protect personal information about you. The personal and order information that you enter in any of our order forms is private and remains that way. The order form is very secure and our My Personal Horoscope team, and its vendors, do not share your personal information with any other parties. Communication you will receive from us is related to our products or your order.

PDF's can be downloaded through a secure link that is sent to the customer.
Shipping is applicable for hard-copy books, but, unfortunately, hard-copy books are not available now due to COVID-19.
We do fulfill and ship to all countries around the globe. There are no countries that we will not ship to provide the shipping information and method of shipping is entered correctly for us to fulfill the parcel as ordered. We are using US Postal Service to ship.
